ABOUT ATELIER ALEXANDER OLCH
Alexander has spent the last twenty years working across a range of artforms — Filmmaking, Fashion & Textile Design, Conceptual Art, Interior & Architectural Design — conceiving a body of artworks, films, brands, and projects.
In his roles as artist, designer, founder, and filmmaker, Olch often focuses on a favorite theme — the relationship between time and memory — exploring ideas of era, taste, narrative experience, and love.
His works are held in the permanent collection of The Museum Of Modern Art, have premiered at Lincoln Center, The New York Film Festival, Film Forum, HBO, his designs have been stocked at stores such as Bergdorf Goodman, colette Paris, and Isetan Japan. He is a member of The Council of Fashion Designers of America, and is the founder of Metrograph and Alexander Olch New York.
